About

Products, systems and services

From power stations to prisons, retail to residential and hospitals to hotels, we have worked on them all.
We have partnerships with all the manufacturers you’ve heard of (and maybe some gems you haven’t) to supply and install multiple disciplines of roofing, cladding and rainscreen systems.

Design

We offer a full as-built drawing design service for every detail of your project. Our specialist designers will work with you to offer solutions and invaluable advice to overcome any build issues.

Install

We understand that when you are tied to a specified manufacturer, you need a contractor that really understands the product. Our installers are trained and certified by the manufacturers themselves across a wide variety of systems and are fully up to date with all health and safety guidelines.

Project Management

Our Contract Managers have been hand-picked for their wealth of experience in the industry and are the central hub of each project. Supported by a host of project support staff, our teams will ensure your project runs efficiently, smoothly and to programme.

Modular Build

We have become the experts to turn to in modular building and fully understand the quirks and quibbles that come with this build method. We can help reduce your on-site programme and can easily adapt to any issues and quickly offer modular specific solutions.

Traditional Build

We haven’t forgotten our roots and whether it be refurb, new build or even heritage projects, Marksman have nearly 20 years of traditional build experience to support your project.

What membership means

Why it matters that this company is a SPRA member

Audited before joining

Every applicant is audited against published criteria for its category — certification, insurance, training records and quality systems — before the SPRA Council admits it.

Bound by the code of conduct

Members agree to abide by the SPRA Quality Charter, Code of Conduct and the SPRA Design Guide in their design, specification and installation advice.

Trained and qualified people

Contractor members commit to recognised training, whether through NVQ routes or manufacturer training, and carry CSCS cards on site.

Working to the same standards

Members work to the technical guidance and component quality standards written by the SPRA Technical Committee and published openly.
